I have a strong background in working one on one with individual with both personal and educational needs. I have been able to build trusting relationships with individuals I have worked with. I have a patient and understanding attitude, and I am committed to helping each individual succeed. I will use my expertise in teaching strategies in psychology and content knowledge to guide and support each individual in reaching their academic goals. Additionally, I will actively listen to their needs and tailor my approach to best meet their individual learning styles. I understand the importance of effective communication and will use a positive and encouraging tone to motivate and inspire all whom I work with.
