Following a successful 16-year career in marketing communication agencies, where I managed the development of teams, with the support of my then-employers, I undertook a part-time MA in Coaching & Mentoring - which is at the heart of the syllabus is adult learning.

I've currently a private practice as a life and leadership coach for two niche groups of senior leaders. Firstly with senior professional women from the marketing communication sector in the UK, UAE and USA. Secondly, senior female academics whose careers are being challenged by traditional hierarchy and the fallout of the pandemic on career growth for HE employees.

As a coach I am supporting these people to navigate what they want in life and how they will achieve it What I bring is a facilitative quality to personal awareness and conciseness enabling people at all stages of their career and personal development to grow, and empowering them to reconstruct their boundaries of where they believe their influence, their power, their voice and their capabilities lie.
