Enthusiastic Maths Tutor for all ages!

I have recently achieved A* in A level maths (90% overall mark) and have a real passion for the subject of mathematics. I love to make learning fun and help students fully engage and find bespoke methods of learning that work best for them. In a typical lesson I'll jump in with some warm up games/questions to get their brains firing! Then most sessions will be planned around a central topic or two that is proving difficult to a student. They can self identify this weakness or I will use my judgement to assess which areas need specific attention. By the end of a session I aim for the student to have a comprehensive understanding of what has been covered and will allow them to demonstrate this through some consolidation questions or alternatively ask any further questions if they're still struggling. Most importantly I hope to pass on my enthusiasm to students to help them become more confident within themselves to succeed and achieve their goals.
