I'm bilingual (German and English) and have a native level of the English language

I'm bilingual (German native speaker and English speaker at native level) and have lived in England for over 15 years.

Being a translator (from English to German and vice versa), it is no secret that I love "commuting" between both languages and cultures rather frequently (if not dwelling in both simultaneously).

My background is in architecture. After completing my studies at Hochschule München (Dipl.-Ing. (FH)) and UCL London (MSc) I have worked in both Munich and London for many years.

Having progressed my English from a basic level of English to near native level myself, I am aware and sensitive of the needs of a student learning English as a foreign language.

Raising my bilingual child and transitioning into translation work soon also nudged me into tutoring children, young adults, and their parents alike.

My tutoring sessions will be tailored to the students' needs and flexibly adapted to their desired pace and path of progress.
