Jonathan draws on a wide variety of teaching resources, not least his own excellent teaching texts, and will often create short instructional videos to help you through trickier techniques or coordination/rhythmic challenges.
He has taken me from a complete beginner to an intermediate standard over the last few years, with the ability now to play funk, fusion and jazz to an acceptable standard, and continues to be incredibly supportive and encouraging as I tackle ever more complex material. Highly recommended. And he’s a nice guy too!
