I have been working as a self-employed life coach since 2020. My particular niche is confidence coaching. I have a level 5 diploma in Coaching and Mentoring and also a level 5 diploma in Cognitive Behaviour Therapy. I am also a member of the Association for Coaching and a senior member of ACCPH.
Before becoming a life coach I worked for many years as a teacher. I was a Special Needs teacher. Before that I was a French, German and Spanish teacher.
