I have an English Literature degree and great experience in teaching and communication in English. Ever since 2012, English teaching and the language itself has been the core of every step for my career growth and technical knowledge. I started teaching English at an informal setting for different ages and backgrounds. I developed techniques for both group and individual sessions. I had many experiences of following up with the same students for 3 years. At certain stage, specifically in 2015, I started teaching university students to write their Curriculum Vitae in English. Even though during working at specific fields such as Gender Equality, English has always been an overlapping skill I frequently use. This was manifested through being a trusted hub of information for my colleagues in this domain plus being engaged in materials translation from Arabic to English and vice versa. I am originally from Syria and I moved to UK in Summer 2021. I have always been interested in gaining new learnings by researching English resources. Throughout my whole career path, English teaching and learning were crosscutting especially with my strong belief that teaching is the most rewarding job. This is clearly shown through the students' growth and attitude, I like to see the positive impact and development of students. I studied English because it was my favorite subject since early age. I have not stopped practicing this language due to my great passion and pursue of lifelong learning as well as the importance of keeping updated with new knowledge in this field.
