My teaching style is flexible an I can adapt to sessions of different sizes such as one to one or larger groups. I will cater to students' needs by creating a lesson that is suitable to their learning ability. Each student will have a different learning style and so I will use visual activities or written materials depending on the student. When aiding a student during independent study, I would ask them to explain the concept of the questions to solidify their understanding of the topic rather than asking if they are ok and getting an one word response. Some other methods I would utilise are collaboration to keep the students engaged, quizzes and games. In addition, after each lesson I would tell the students to fill out a questionnaire to inform me which areas they feel secure in and which areas of the they need to improve on.
