I am creative and energetic person who enables SEN children to reveal their full potential and discover the joy of learning

During the last decade I have been a Support Worker, carer, SEN TA and take pride in my work. I am experienced in managing challenging situations and behaviours and in conflict resolution. I have a positive and patient approach. I am also resilient and respect people’s differences. I can engage the young people I support, I have the skills to motivate them and make them believe they can achieve.
