My child was tired and worn out by English at his school. He said he found it boring and his teacher was uninspiring and would just get them to copy stuff off the board. This is something I was really worried about in the run up to his GCSEs as I felt he wasn’t getting enough support at school and he needs English to do the course he’s aiming for at college.
So I reached out to my friends asking if anyone could recommend a tutor for my boy (something he was not too happy with!) Soon after one of my friends (Elim’s mum) reached out to me and offered his time and said he had enjoyed English and school and college.
