I am an English Language and Linguistics/Philosophy graduate and have recently completed a TEFL qualification in Buenos Aires

I graduated from the University of Glasgow in June 2023 with a 2:1classification in English Language and Linguistics/Philosophy. I have recently returned from a six-month travel journey beginning in Buenos Aires, Argentina, where I completed a TEFL course. I had to learn the fundamentals of the English language and how to approach teaching it as a foreign language. Throughout the course I had to observe a multitude of classroom environments and use this knowledge to teach English to a range of ages and abilities. I see the importance of understanding your students personally and designing lessons to their personal ability, interests and desires in acquiring English as a language. Importantly, I want my students to love learning my language and truly enjoying the relaxed classes I will provide them.
