I have qualifications in psychology, communication sciences, and personal training. Paired with that, I am a runner up at the 2023 GPC World Championships (powerlifting), held various South African records in powerlifting, and have coached clients to do the same. Beyond that, I have helped many an old lady improver their hip and shoulder mobility, as well as, helped various people just improve themselves for longevities sake. I'll help you help others become better, stronger, more capable versions of themselves.
