Qualification wise, I have a Bachelor of Arts (General) with majors in Psychology and Communication Sciences that is ranked at an NQF Level 7 (the equivalent of a UK Honours Degree in the subjects). I also hold qualifications in personal training.
I feel that in this area, achievements also count as qualifications. Personally, I placed 2nd at the GPC European Championships and the GPC World Championships in powerlifting. Additionally, I held records in squat, bench press, deadlift and the total across various age brackets and weight categories in South Africa (many of which I am sure someone else would have broken by now). My clients have done everything from setting national records at their very FIRST competitions, to being selected by the UK national team (aka Team GB) for international competitions. As for my non-competitive clients, the powerlifting STYLE of training is one of the BEST when it comes to longevity, as it promotes healthy joints, muscle fibres and bone density when done correctly. Even some of my older cliental (60+) enjoy it.
Learning from me, you'll be learning from one of the best. Furthermore, I have PRACTICAL experience in what I'm teaching (something not many personal trainers and coaches can truthfully say).
