l am a holder of a Diploma in Education .l specialized in teaching English to high school learners .However, l teach the lower grades as well. Communicating fluently will never be an issue again. Spellings ,grammatically mistakes ,vocabulary, reading comprehension and writing will never be a problem of the past. l have more than 10 years experience in coaching native and non -native English speaking students towards improving their analytical skills, reading comprehension, and writing for their future careers. l also instruct students in the use of effective study ,research ,annotation and essay strategies for academic improvement. l am a very patient, flexible ,positive ,consistent, dependable and cooperative individual with a sense of humor. l have the ability to supervise and constructively correct learners. My other main focus is to address individual student gaps as well as to support and guide students to realize their potential. l also record attendance and learning for each session .ln addition, l research ,develop and effectively implement new learning materials in a variety of media to engage students in learning. l monitor and record students progress and take action to ensure students meet their required standards and deadlines. l make sure l keep up to date with developments in subjects specialism and share expertise with colleagues.
