Politics tutor providing lessons at A Level to students of all abilities

Hi! I`m Natalie, and I`m a 20-year old Politics student currently in my second year at Aberystwyth University. I`m offering tutoring for A Level Politics and History courses at a rate of £18 per 1hr session.

Though I might be young, I`m well-qualified, with 3 A Levels (ABB, History/Latin/Gov`t & Politics) and 11 GCSEs (inc. Maths, History, English Language and English Literature). My education informs my style of teaching; thorough and clear, but always engaging and adaptive. I have experience with most of the major exam boards` course content, including AQA, WJEC and OCR. I also currently work as a tutor for an online platform where I teach students from primary school up to approaching A Level.

I`m originally from Liverpool, and attended The Blue Coat School in Wavertree for my secondary and sixth form education. I come from a disadvantaged background, and this helps me to understand the needs of students struggling with their education, emotions or engagement with others; I believe it is just as important to understand and connect with students as it is to help them achieve their potential.

Outside of my work and studies, I`m engaged in politics, I like to keep fit and I enjoy a game of chess (this is not to say I win as often as I`d like, however!) Most importantly, I try to enjoy the time I spend doing anything, and I always strive for it to be the same for my students by making enjoyable and engaging lessons for them.

I have no criminal record and hold a valid Enhanced DBS which is available to view on request.

I currently only offer tutoring online, but I am willing to tutor in-person within reasonable travel distance of the Aberystwyth area (please note that in-person sessions will incur reasonable travel expenses)
