I am an Educator with over three years of teaching experience in both onsite and remote classes. I have vast knowledge and experience with teaching in the early years, 1st to 4th grades by using engaging manner and approaches such as story telling, learning resources and videos, songs. Etc. With my training and good use of Jolly phonics and Montessori, I have been able to make a big impact on my learners by developing love for learning, better reading skills. I achieved increased Literacy rates and comprehension scores by 85%. These skills and better achievement I will be bringing to my learners
