I have taught higher secondary and high school for a total of 5 years. I use a blend of lecture, demonstration and discussion methods to get my learners active and involved in the lessons. Content of my lessons looks like pre-requisite knowledge, introduction, body, conclusion and evaluation. Take home assignments are included some times for better understanding and involvement. I am motivated by students who give a try even if you fail. Room is given for questions, clarification of doubts and further research. My class sizes range from single learner to a class of 105 learners. I believe in consistent hard work and objectivity; SMART learning. My lessons go from known to unknown, simple to complex. Acheiving a set goal and impacting my learners both morally and knowledgeably gives me such great joy. I frown at laziness and inconsistencies. Lessons are designed to give clear explanation and understanding of concepts in the simplest way. I look forward to working with you.
