I currently teach all the core modules within Psychology, included research methods, gender, social influence, memory and many more. I aim to structure lessons depending on the learner and finding a learning strategy that works best for them. I like to use engaging resources to apply knowledge as this will help remember key information. Most of all I love to ensure each learner feels comfortable and confident and will put my whole efforts into making sure they achieve as best as they can!

I have experience in teaching at a college with students aged 16-19 and can mark assessments effectively and also provide beneficial feedback in which the learners can improve their grades. I have created many of my own resources which have been helpful in checking learning and allows the learner to engage actively rather than just listening to content being delivered.

I am extremely passionate about Psychology and believe it is a subject that can benefit anyone. Mental health is important for everyone and this subject allows you to understand yourself and others around you. I enjoy showing students my passion for this subject and supporting them throughout their educational journey. I understand not all learners can learn in the same way and therefore it is important that each lesson is tailored to each learner based on their own needs and requirements.

I can confidently teach lessons online as this was the main way of teaching throughout the pandemic. I can use technology to my advantage when delivering online lessons.
