I have over ten years of experience in Coaching and Mentoring, Relationship Management, Customer Service, and other Human Resources functions. I support students and graduates in developing their employability skills and confidence. I help them explore career pathways and plan their career goals while sharing my experiences to inspire them.

??I empower my students to lead and encourage autonomy. In my coaching, I foster a relationship where I use influence than authority.

??I deeply listen to my students and pay attention to underlying issues. I ask questions to clarify the grey area and call out avoidance behaviour.

?? My approach is person-centred and solution-focused. I help my students look at the way forward rather than reinforce negativity by dwelling on the past.
