I have a Maths degree from Exeter and have been teaching for over 5 years. I started my teacher training during 2017 in Manchester, and achieved my PGCE with merit in 2018. I have experience of teaching both GCSE/IGCSE and A-Level, and currently work within an SEN school in Surrey. I have found this challenging yet incredibly rewarding, supporting young people to achieve their goals. I also teach Functional Skills Levels 1 and 2 where this is appropiate.

I have been tutoring for 4 years, working with pupils from primary to sixth-form age. Over that time, I have supported students in making maximum progress and achieving their target grades. This has enabled them to progress onto apprenticeships, A-Levels and unviersity courses.

I create bespoke lessson catered to your needs, allowing you to make maximum progress and target the right topics to gain the most marks. Following each lesson, I track your progress using Excel, allowing you to see which topics you are doing well on, as well as areas for improvement. I also provide follow-up questions between lessons to support retention. In my experience, this has supported over a dozen students to reach their targets, as well as provide students and parents alike with clear visual displays of progress.
