Undergraduate Student teaching Mathematics. Achieved Grade 9 in Maths at GCSE level and AS & A Level

I often use a questioning strategy when tutoring. I want to get the student I am teaching involved through conversation where we often discuss ways in which to attempt questions before actively solving them. I believe being supportive and addressing the foundation of topics are important and I always like to finish lessons with 1-2 example questions from past papers or the textbook as they are key to improving and strengthening a student's knowledge. Lessons can range from 30-90mins, with me being able to assist at any level up to AS Mathematics.
