I like to take a conversational approach, similar to how tutorials are run at the University of Oxford. This involves the student doing some prep-work, such as reading a case or writing a short essay, and the student and I going through the material together. I like to take a conversational approach, similar to how tutorials are run at the University of Oxford. This involves the student doing some prep-work, such as reading a case or writing a short essay, and the student and I going through the material together. Depending on the student, I combine this with a 'lecture' style lesson which is mostly me passing on the most relevant information and clarifying any questions the student may have. I'm happy to work with the student to see what approach works best for them!
