I have the state certification that allows me to act as a personal Trainer (CREF) in addition to extracurricular courses.
I have experience in serving and assembling training with various situations of people, from athletes to people with chronic pain.
My goal is to help as many people as possible by achieving their goals and providing a change of thought arousing pleasure through physical activity.
My intentions as a personal Trainer is to provide my clients with a concept of exercise that goes far beyond "like or not like" of practicing physical activity, but to understand how necessary this is for the body and mind.
