A meditation lesson is more like a meditation coaching session. Each lesson will be custom-fit for the student. In this way, you will get the most possible out of your session. There's no sense covering things in a static lesson that you already know or aren't interested in.

If you don't need a 'lesson' then you can have a question/answer session that will clarify anything you are unsure about in your meditative practice. Students with all levels of experience are frequently lost a bit in the process and need to get back on track.

We start with some questions about your meditation practice (if you have one) and where you would like to be in a couple of weeks or months with your practice.

Sessions are filled with questions and answers on both sides and a lot of learning always takes place!

We can address things like:

* Breathing meditation
* Relaxation of the body and mind
* Stress relief techniques
* Mindfulness (and it's role in meditation)
* Mantras
* Group meditation
* Types of meditation (breath, sun gazing, mantra, etc.)
* Goals of meditation (your goals)
* J hana (Unique states of mind that change you from the inside-out)
* Abhinna (Supernatural states available after you can reach the 4th Jhana)
* Samadhi (100% concentration on the breath)
