Umama Tarar

As someone who achieved 11 GCSEs, 4 A-Levels (including two A**), and is currently studying Psychology BSc at King's College London, I have extensive experience in achieving top grades and understand what it takes to improve academic performance.

What I offer:
- Personalised assessment: The first lesson will begin with an evaluation fo the student's current level, identifying strengths and areas for improvement.
- Tailored Lesson Plans: Sessions will be structured to align with the student's learning style for maximum efficiency
- Exam-focused approach: For GSCE and A-Level Psychology students, lessons will follow the exam board syllabus, incorporating some exam-style questions in very session
- Detailed Feedback: I will also offer to provide feedback for any additional work completed outside of tutoring. My feedback is trustworthy- evident in how in my experience of reviewing primary-level homework to editing undergraduate thesis' and essays.

In addition to my psychology studies, I work as a teaching assistant, helping children, primary and nursery level develop their numeracy and literacy skills, which has strenghtened my ability to explain concepts with patience and adaptability.

My goal is to help students build confidence in their learning, master key concepts and excel in their exams.
