I try to make maths as engaging as possible. If you’re not understanding a topic, I’ll try my utmost best to make it fun for you whilst also trying to concentrate on the serious exam side of things. I’ll try make it into a game or a quiz if you’re really struggling, just to show you that maths can really be interesting.

My method of teaching has been proven to work before, as previous students have achieved grades 7 and 8s in their GCSE Maths exams. I myself have also achieved a grade 9 in Maths GCSE and a grade 9 in Further Maths GCSE.

As much as I do enjoy having fun with maths, I believe that practice makes perfect when it comes to this subject, so we will be doing a lot of past paper questions and end of topic tests to secure the knowledge you have learnt, and to also prepare you for exams. This will either be done by us working together if you’re finding it difficult, or on your own just for me to understand if you’ve understood the topic properly.
