I am very proficient in the subject of psychology; I studied it at A-level and degree level. I am also going to be studying it for my master's degree in clinical and cognitive neuroscience in September, so I am still studying it as we speak. I have helped and tutored young children before, as well as my nieces in other subjects, so I have the experience of helping with work, homework and assignments in other subjects. My aim is to gauge where the student is at within the subject and help them become more comfortable in the areas that they find harder to deal with. I also want to make my students well-versed and able to answer all types of questions they will face in exams and to do this, I will help simplify the more complex areas of the subject. Ideally, I want to make my students more confident in the subject, as this is key to doing well in exams. My lessons will be very interactive by allowing the students to ask more questions and share which areas they need most help in and going from there as a starting point. That way, they are getting the most out of the lessons right from the start.
