First of all I try to get to know the problem students are facing and then I make a lesson plan according to the problems. I also like to make different lesson plan for different students as different students have different understanding patterns. I also like to evaluate after giving lesson about any topic as it is helpful for me to know how much student get from the lesson and if they are strug...
