Hello, I’m very new to tutoring. I am still finding my personal style, however I like to teach conversationally. I believe that helps with pronunciation and grammar skills in the long term.

I also prepare reading material based on genres you like or prefer to read, I make learning interactive by including audio in forms of podcasts or music to help with familiarization and game style content to help with memorization.

In each session we will try to cover listening, reading, speaking and writing. We will also tailor each lesson to what you feel you most need help with in order to be successful and more confident in English.

In the past I have been a mentor and helped children (secondary school level) with learning in preparation for GCSEs or entering year 10.

I am very patient with students and let you drive the pace and direction on your learning. I will guide you and ensure you learn something new or improve from what you learnt in the previous session so that you become more confident in speaking, writing, listening and reading in English.
