I believe that any learning experience has to be two-way. Having an interactive session and using scientific techniques that help with learning such as active recalling and spaced repetition will be the approach. The environment will be such that I am a facilitator for the student to learn by not just techniques but also considerate of their emotional temperament while learning. Classes usually begin with a short recap to rehash memory and end with an activity of the student’s choice to instigate their decision-making in their learning process. There will also be consistent feedback on both sides so the communication is easier and learning is efficient. Proactive engagement and finding the pace is important to me.
