Firstly we would have our 1st online session, you would tell me about your goals, previous fitness experience (it;s not necessary to have any), if you have any injuries ect. If you have a favorite way of excerising we could focus on that, or we could experiment and add more styles and see which one works...
So you're probably wondering what it would like look if I was your online personal trainer.
Firstly we would have our 1st online session, you would tell me about your goals, previous fitness experience (it;s not necessary to have any), if you have any injuries ect. If you have a favorite way of excerising we could focus on that, or we could experiment and add more styles and see which one works best for you. In the 1st session you can ask me any questions/ doubts you may have. And then we would determine if you're a good fit to work together.
After our 1st session, I will make a tailored weekly program for you, and periodically we will increase the volume if needed or make any necessary adjustments based on your needs.
We will set online training sessions (how many depending on your goals) so I can check on your technique, see if you're doing everything properly and help you with any questions needed.
My goal is to help you:
- Achieve your fitness goals
- Look and feel good
- Keep you on truck with your fitness schedule
- Become healthier
My focus is more on but we can adjust it based on what you like:

-Yoga/ Stretching/ Flexibility
-Running
-Body weight excercises
