As I am young (17) I know how it feels to be 'stuck' in a boring lesson with an unispiring teacher. As such, my lessons aim to engage the student with tailor made questions and targeted help with aspects they might struggle with. I also believe that everyone learns differently and so it is necessary to explain tricky topics in different ways. This could be through a more visual approach such as drawing graphs to remember Mathematical concepts or simply by drawing pictures to remember important ideas. I will also aim to provide students with materials to do outside of the lessons so they can develop faster.
