About me

I am a recently qualified yoga teacher - in May hours with Brahma Yoga in Himachal Pradesh, looking for teaching jobs.

I have been practicing yoga for over 7 years - and have been teaching since qualifying with family and friends, alongside mindfulness practice to kids at Tuffnel Park Primary School where I assist at cookery lessons, and would love to teach more!

My approach to yoga teaching is a restorative, inclusive and a spiritual-based one, rooting yoga in breathwork and the yoga of the mind, not just asana poses, which I believe is very important.

I currently work in Hospitality and content creation - but hoping to bring in my Yoga Teaching alongside this work.
