I have a masters degree in Chemistry and I'm also a qualified science teacher with experience teaching GCSE science, BTEC science and A-level chemistry. I have experience with delivering BTEC and A-level content but I am a secondary school teacher who mainly teaches GCSE science and sixth form.

Lessons will be delivered over Microsoft Teams/Zoom/Google meet and will be tailored to the individual, for a more leaner centred approach. I am happy to run over all Science content and tutoring sessions can either be focused on anything the student wants to cover or I could run through the current curriculum.

The way the sessions will be organised would be a little chat to see how the student feels about a topic and how they would like the session to go, we would then set targets for the lesson and complete a quick recall of relevant topics. Following this, the session will be delivered in chunks, so that I can deliver content, check understanding and then set a task for the student to complete to apply their knowledge and understanding.

At then end of the session, I will review the targets and talk about next steps.
