I am very flexible, adaptable and motivational to help inspire clients to reach their goals. Having gone through my own body transformation myself and having personal experience in the gym, training and dieting rather than just studying it I believe I am an excellent person who is young and with lots of passion to help my clients in their fitness journey. If I had a personal trainer I would of achieved my goals much quicker and health is the best investment you can make in life! I specialise in calisthenics and weight training and I am still constantly improving and currently working on my one arm handstand while trying to hit 100kg on bench press by the end of the year. I also have a dance background in breakdance & capoeria. I'd love to meet and help people as not just your pt who will push and jold you accountable but your personal motivator and friend!
