My lessons will be interactive to check your understanding and progress and fun so you enjoy learning.
I will use a mixture of:

Short quizzes to establish your baseline and initial understanding of a topic
Power points to deliver any content required including real life examples to make it relevant.
Interactive exercises to check understanding, these will be a mixture of simple true / false exercises and electronic games.
Wide range of revision and exam techniques, tried and tested by a wide range of students over many years
Past exam papers and mark schemes to train you in how to analyse information and produce responses which will allow you to gain maximum marks.
Homework to be submitted before next lesson so I have time to assess and provide feedback in your lesson so we can analyse your performance while it is fresh in your mind.

I will begin by establishing your goals, your current position and where you need to be and most importantly your preferred learning style. You will highlight areas you struggle with and where you are strong and together we will build on the strengths and overcome the weaknesses. I will produce a time table for our lessons which will be flexible so we can adapt for challenges as they arise.
Overall you will be in charge of your learning, due to my years of experience in education I can accurately assess and therefore adapt my teaching style to match your learning to ensure you can reach your full potential.
