I will teach students according to their needs and current level of understanding. I will prioritize what it is that the students need and cater to that accordingly. In the first session, I will learn about what they want to focus on and design a lesson plan according to that. This may range from working on vocabulary, sentence structure, analysis and evaluation of literature, and more. At the end of each session, we will go over what the student found fruitful from the lesson and incorporate more of that in future lessons. I will prioritize understanding and providing students with resources that target their learning styles. I believe the best way of learning is to be setting S.M.A.R.T. goals. Specific, measurable, attainable, realistic, and time-bound goals prove to help students achieve progress rapid and consistently. By taking these steps I will help the students to the best of my capabilities to achieve their goals. I have done the International Baccalaureate Diploma Degree (IB Diploma), in which I did Higher Level English Language and Literature in which I scored 6 out of 7 at the end board examination.
