In the first session we will discuss your goals, your current physical state and establish the road ahead, the objectives and the other important topics.
We will mainly do bodyweight workouts, I will explain to you the exercises, the tips and tricks, I will monitor your progress and execution and I will give you constant feedback. Also, we will do info seminars regarding nutrition, sleep, hormones and any other topics wich are needed for great results.
We will keep in touch throughout the day, everyday, because it is important to ask all the relevant questions. I would recommend you to send me pictures of your food so I can help you with advice.
