Hi! My name's Sophie and I'm the proud owner of an bachelor's degree in History and a master's in International Relations. I'm passionate about history and my lessons would not only be informative but also made to be enjoyable. I prefer to combine the use of Microsoft PowerPoint and interactive sites such as Kahoot with quizzes at the end of a particular subject to test student's long and short term memory. I believe it's not only important to remember the facts and figures, but to also be able to explain the significance of historical events and place them within the context of the time period. Revision is also a valuable tool to success which I do encourage, however I am also mindful of personal circumstances for each student as an individual
