I have worked with Pre-school, School and College students, so have experience with a variety of ages. In my last role in a college, I worked as a Learning Support Assistant, where I worked on a 1:1 basis with students who have additional needs. I recognise that each student is an individual and all have their own needs. My students are always at the centre of the sessions - meaning that their needs are met and they always feel supported.
