Welcome to my profile! I’m a passionate educator with years of experience teaching biology, ecology, evolution, and related scientific topics such as math, physics and statistics to both gifted high school students and undergraduate learners. My teaching philosophy centers on creating a calm and supportive environment where curiosity thrives, and anxiety melts away. I understand that science can feel overwhelming at times, so I tailor my lessons to suit each student’s pace and learning style.

My lessons are highly interactive, using Zoom’s advanced features like screen sharing, virtual whiteboards, to make learning engaging and effective. I incorporate real-world examples, case studies, and hands-on exercises to bridge the gap between theory and practice. Whether you’re tackling complex evolutionary concepts, mastering statistical analyses, or simply looking to enhance your understanding of the natural world, my approach will help you feel confident and motivated.

As a mentor for the Biology Olympiad program and a former university lecturer, I’ve guided students of diverse backgrounds to excel and find joy in science. I take pride in breaking down tough concepts into digestible pieces and fostering a judgment-free space where questions are always welcome.

If you’re ready to boost your knowledge, build confidence, and explore the fascinating world of science, let’s embark on this journey together. Book a trial lesson today, and let’s make learning an exciting adventure!
