My lessons are dynamic, hands-on, and tailored to each student's creative and technical needs. I focus on building strong foundations in design principles, pattern-making, and fabric manipulation, drawing from my MA in Fashion and extensive industry experience with brands like Martine Rose. Each session combines practical exercises with in-depth critiques, encouraging students to think critically about their design process. I prioritize creating an inclusive environment where students feel empowered to explore, experiment, and find their unique voices. Lessons are interactive and collaborative, integrating real-world insights to prepare students for success in the fashion industry. I have integrated holistic and pedagogical skills to build students' confidence and creativity. I provide additional support through personal tutorials for those needing guidance in research and portfolio development, emphasising learning through inquiry, process, and communication. My workshops—such as Being a Boss, Library Research, Portfolio Development, and Colour Digital Rendering—have been well received, encouraging both individual and collaborative learning.
