l encourage active listening techniques ,great learning environment with clear communication maintaining a good relationship with students. The students have the opportunity to use critical thinking skills to analyse a fact and form a judgement which allows them to perform problem solving and decision making effectively.
l use the strategy of ; Identifying the learning objectives; plan the specific learning activities; plan to assess student understanding; plan to sequence the lesson in an engaging ;meaningful manner; create a realistic timeline and for the lesson closure.
l aim to be an excellent facilitator for open communication, curiosity ,creativity and exploration, at the end of the classroom activity ,l urge students to reflect on what we learnt.
