Scarlett was a brilliant teacher, she really help gently guide me through all the exercises and made me feel a lot more confident by the end of the session.

Scarlett is an amazing teacher, and also a genuinely lovely person which I think is very important when you’re spending time in a more intimate setting. I found her instructions to be very clear and her tone very calming. She is an observant and attentive, making sure to come round and adjust any positions. I really enjoyed the meditation at the end of the class and left feeling very calm and relaxed. I would absolutely recommend one of her classes!
