You can expect to leave my classes feeling rejuvenated and light, with a fresh new feeling of positive energy running through your body and mind. My goal for classes is about working on our flexibility, strength and mobility whilst also calming down the mind and channeling feelings of peace as we tap into mindful movement and clarity.
I am trained in multistyle yoga meaning I have a broad understanding of different styles of yoga and can incorporate them to personalise your practise to you!
The styles of yoga that I regularly teach are vinyasa, yin and restorative yoga.
Lessons are 60 minutes and include a variety of breathwork, grounding exercises, dynamic flows and deep relaxation.
