I teach students in a calm and reassuring way with a step-by-step approach according to their needs, creating materials and planning lessons to link to their interests and other courses. For EFL, ESOL and EAZ learners, I have had 16 years of experience, and for Functional Skills or GCSE levels, I have been teaching for 8 years. My experience also includes private tuition for A Level English. Additionally, I have proven success working with students who have a learning difficulty, such as Dyslexia or Dyspraxia; equally, if you have a physical disability like tactile co-ordination, stammers or verbal difficulties.

My students enjoy my lessons because I regularly use: Kahoots, Youtube videos and Songs, which are relevant to the type and level of English they are studying. In addition, I am well-known for my use of colours, charts and mind-maps, which enable my learners to see links, understand, learn and remember.

Lastly, 1 main benefit my learners have appreciated is that I speak with a standard English accent.
