For me I like to speak English and teach people to read and speak English.. and learn new words and phrases.

First, I will look at how much everyone joining in and enjoying it. If some students don't participate, they might not feel that trust yet. and Also, I’ll watch how they act. They might not trust me easily. if they don't make eye contact or seem nervous about coming up to me before or after class I will try my best to communicate with them nicely and in a kindly way.
