I am a Ph.D. Scholar (in Psychology) with International Certification of Lifestyle Medicine (US). I am a Gold Medalist in my Masters in Clinical Psychology. Currently working in Riphah Institute of Clinical and Professional Psychology as Faculty, Student Counselor, and Mentor of the Department. I vigorously involve in conducting various Workshops and Webinars on different aspects of Psychology. Moreover, I participated in many National and International Conferences and published papers in Impact Factor Journals. My research interest areas include Mindfulness, Psychological and Lifestyle related Problems, Mental Health, and Industrial and Organizational Psychology.
I used Teaching Methodology according tom Student level and nature of interest. Oral Presentation, PPTs, pictorial presentation, videos are common method that i used.
I love my profession, so i am able to attract my audience through my knowledge.
