Sam Howard

I have just completed A level English, French and History and achieved a grade 9 in all of these at GCSE. These instilled in me a passion for learning and teaching, which I used to help my younger brother through his GCSE’s. My lessons will be flexible, student lead and driven towards their weaknesses and things they struggle on. I will use a variety of learning methods; whiteboards, exam practice books and papers, hand outs and different exercises. It is so important that students are listened to and understood in this process to help them learn and to ensure that they can be given the tools to succeed, even if this is not the case at school in a larger class room. The dynamics of the lesson will of course be patient and controlled. I do not want my students to feel under any pressure from me as I am simply there to guide and help them. My lessons can be flexible and around school, holidays and any other clashes. I hope that you will chose me to help you!
