- aim is to drive and increase motivation for the subject and drive students to not only succeed but enjoy doing it .
I believe any student has the ability to succeed with the right dedication , commitment and positive reinforcement by aim is to ensure my students EXCEL academically and reach their goals .
I do this by building rapports with the student , in addition I often use active recall to test , test and test the students in order to identify weaknesses and ensure they are converted to strengths.
- THEREFORE , over time student will adopt skills such as time management , strong attention to detail , organisation ability as well as good communication skills in terms of putting their ideas and thoughts on paper in a literate way.
